Always Anything Goes at Craft Your Passion!!

Time for a new challenge at Craft Your Passion and this week we are sponsored by
The East Wind
As always the challenge is Anything Goes and I have used Aurora Siesta II.
I created another tag using the new techniques I have learnt from a recent craft show. I am loving my distress inks being used again.. I coloured the image in with tria markers, the sentiment is a rub on as are the little stars... I then added the ribbon and rhinestones...
I hope that you can join us this week at Craft your Passion.

Elisabeth Bell's new digi release and Blog Hop!!

It is that time again at the Digi Bell's when we get to have a little fun with you, sharing our creations with the newest Elisabeth Bell digi.So let's hop to it...  If you are a little lost head back to the Digi Bell's blog where you will find a blog hop line up. If you have just hopped over from Lynda's Blog then you are on the right track. So now that the formalities are out of the way please welcome
SWEET COUNTRY HARVEST
I coloured this sweet image in with tria markers (my boys couldn't believe I coloured it - I guess there are just some days you get it right). I actually  recycled a card I made awhile ago and changed a few things and added a couple of things also because I thought this little girl suited the colours perfectly.
 HARVEST PUPPY
Another experimental tag using distress inks and stamps. I coloured this sweet little puppy in with tria markers and found this fun sentiment, then just added the big button...
Thanks so much for hopping along.. Please continue hopping over to Linda's Blog where you will be dazzled by her beautiful creation. If you can't wait to get your hands on these adorable new images, head on over to Elisabeth Bell's digital collection.

Happy Birthday at Elisabeth Bell's World!!

I have been busy making lots of tags lately so that I can experiment with some new goodies I recently bought plus my son broke his foot this week jumping out of tree so that has involved a few hospital visits which has left me with less crafting time...
Anyway, it is the 25th of the month which means a new challenge starts at Elisabeth Bells World challenge  blog. This month is an easy theme.. Happy Birthday!!

I coloured up Cinnamon Sugar from Whimsy Stamps with tria markers and created this tag using distress inks and stencils... I added some glitter tape, rhinestones, buttons and the sentiment. This will make a beautiful tag for someone's birthday..
I hope that you will join us this month for our Happy Birthday challenge.. We also have our Digi Bell's Blog Hop Starting today so be sure to join in for your chance to win the new release Elisabeth Bell Digi's.

Layers at Southern Girls Challenge!!

OMG I am so sorry for this post being a week late.... I had this card made ages ago and as a result of being ahead of time, I have fallen behind because I forgot to do this post... So a big sorry to my fellow Teamies at SGC... Sometimes it pays to not be so efficient.. hehehe.
So we are a week in to this challenge - LAYERS- and we are sponsored by

Doodle Pantry
Retail Girl

I used Quirky Kangaroo from Doodle Pantry.. All the papers are from DP and I added the glitter tape on the purple spotty paper. The image is pre-coloured, I added that sentiment that came with the set, then I added the embellishments.. I did just notice that one of the rhinestones moved on the bottom flower  oops..
I hope that you will join us this week at Southern Girls challenge for the second week of this challenge

Anything Goes at Craft Your Passion!!

A new Anything Goes challenge has started at Craft Your Passion and this week we are sponsored by
A Day For Daisies

I got this image "I Love my Two Boys" ages ago and decided it was time to colour it up. However I don't think it is available anymore because I can't seem to find it on the shop website..

I am really not sure that I coloured this properly cos I wasn't sure what was what with all the detail so hopefully it looks ok. I coloured the image in with tria markers. No glitter added this time which is rare for me but I felt it didn't really need it. I found some tags that I forgot I had which were perfect for the image , then added my usual embellishments...
I hope that you can join us this week at Craft Your Passion.

Fairy Merrily!!

Where does the week go... I feel like it was only yesterday that I was posting on The Digi bell's blog but here we are again..... a week later... Time certainly does fly when you work a 5 day week.
So yes it is my turn to post over on The Digi Bell's blog and today I have made a card using Fairy Merrily from Elisabeth Bell's digital collection...
Fairy Merrily is coloured in with Tria markers. I added kindyglitz to her wings, then die cut her out. I then used all my scraps to create the backdrop to this sweet image. I added all the embellishments to finish off the card!

Little Mama!

It is my turn to post over on The Digi Bell's blog and after learning some new ways to use my distress inks last weekend I am milking it for all it's worth..lol
So I have created my own background again using distress inks and a stencil and used Little Mama for my creation.
I coloured Little Mama in with tria markers and used my new Kirarina Wink pen on the pearls, so they shimmer. I embossed the Eiffel Tower, added the ribbon and the pearls and finished it off with the sentiment. You can get Little Mama from Elisabeth Bell's Digital Collection

Always Anything Goes at Craft Your Passion

A new challenge has started at Craft Your Passion and this week we are sponsored by

Oddball Art

I went to Paperific - a papercraft show here in Melbourne on the weekend and learnt a few new ways to use my distress inks and stencils so here is what I came up with.

I created the background by inking the paper with 2 different coloured distress inks... I then lay the hexagon stencil over the top and sprayed it with water. Once dry I used black distress ink for the tree.I then coloured in Winnie from Oddball stamps with tria markers, and stuck her on with foam dots. I then added the buttons and sentiment. I really love the way it turned out.
I hope that you will join us this fortnight at Craft Your Passion.
