Anything Goes at Elisabeth Bell's World!!

Can you believe it is half through the year already and only 6 months till Christmas... Where does the time go...?
Well it does bring us to a  new challenge at Elisabeth Bell's World and we have a nice easy challenge for you this month.. Anything Goes.. Lynda is sponsoring the challenge this month and the prize is three digi paper packs that Lynda has started making  (Cut it Out Paper Crafts).

This month I decided to decorate a notebook cover just for something a little different cos I feel like I have become a bit stagnant in my creating lately..

I love all things Paris so wanted to make a Paris theme notebook cover and though Clementine from LissyBee stamps would be perfect for my theme. A friend of mine made the most amazing Paris album for me for my 40th birthday and she gave me all the left over papers so I was lucky enough to have all these beautiful papers to work with.  I coloured Clementine in with tria markers and added kindyglitz to the flowers for a bit of sparkle. The Eiffel Tower is a sticker as is the sentiment. The Paris watermark at the top is washi tape and the arrows were from the paper stash. I also added the black and pink lace then finished it off with the buttons and butterflies. I am very happy with the result as are my boys who now want me to decorate their notebooks too...
I look forward to seeing what you create with any of Elisabeth Bell's gorgeous images.
Don't forget to stop by the Elisabeth Bell's World challenge blog for details on the challenge and the prizes you can win and of course see the rest of the Design Teams gorgeous creations.

Colour Combo at Southern Girls Challenge!

It is time for a new challenge at Southern Girls challenge and this week we have a colour challenge for you. We would like to see your creations using white or cream, mint green and/or turquoise and coral and/or pink.
Mint Green Coral Wedding Hair Comb Peach Pink Aqua Turquoise Flower Floral Head Piece Bridal Hair Pin Pastel Colors Bridesmaid Gift
We have two sponsors this week

I unfortunately have printer issues so was unable to print off an image to use for this challenge.
This was a nice easy card to put together. I was rummaging through my scrap papers and came across this piece with the quote on it. It was the perfect colour so I just added the butterflies and heart. Added some kindyglitz and rhinestones and I used a border punch and threaded through some ribbon.
I hope that you will join us this fortnight at Southern Girls challenge.

Always Anything Goes at Craft Your Passion!

A new challenge has started over at Craft Your Passion and this week we are sponsored by

Bugaboo Stamps

I used this sweet elephant from Bugaboo stamps, coloured him up with tria markers using the colours from the paper as my guide. I added some crystal effects to the balloons and kindyglitz on the streamers and stars (bit hard to see as my daylight lamp is not working at the moment). I then gave the card some different layers by using 3d foam dots on different elements of the card. For a bit more sparkle I added the kindyglitz to the flames of the candles and the dots.
Thanks for stopping by. I hope you will join us at CYP this week.

The Digi Bell's Blog Hop featuring Elisabeth Bell's newest digi's!!

It is certainly time for a blog hop with The Digi Bell's after a month break so let's get hopping.... If you have arrived from Lynda's blog and been dazzled by her creation then you are in the right place.. If you have stumbled across my blog and you want to join in on the fun then head on over to The Digi Bell's Blog for all the hop details and line up.
So as you have already seen our newest Elisabeth Bell digi's are
I created a card using Beach Ball and decided to use my favourite colours to colour her in with. I then mounted her on green cardstock, embossed the base cardstock, then added all the embellishments... I would have liked to have used some beachy paper but had none in all my papers that I have... I do like the simplicity though...
So now I will send you over to Linda's blog where you will be inspired by her creation.
Enjoy the rest of the hop.
Don't forget that Beach Ball and Sand play are now available at Elisabeth Bell's digi collection.

Zoe Butterfly!

It is my turn to post on the Digi Bell's blog and I have created another card using Zoe Butterfly, one of the many freebie's I got from signing up to Elisabeth Bell's creative ebook
I coloured Zoe Butterfly in with Tria markers and added shimmer chalk to the balloons and crystal effects. I found the white embossed paper so I die cut out the oval and stuck Zoe Butterfly on with sticky dots.I added the lace, ribbon, flower and buttons and found the birthday rub-on.

Zoe Butterfly!!

It is my turn to post over on the Digi Bell's Blog... and today I have created a card using the freebie Zoe's Butterfly which I got by joining up to Elisabeth Bell's creative ebook.
I coloured Zoe Butterfly in with Tria markers, used some papers from my scrap stash, added some ribbon and buttons, then die cut the Happy Birthday. I added crystal effects to the balloons and kindyglitz to the Happy Birthday. I had originally decided not to fussy cut Zoe Butterfly out but I am glad I did...
